Where are we?

• From the M4 Junction 10
• A329(M) towards Reading
• Onto the A4 heading to Maidenhead
• Follow signpost for Woodley and turn left into Reading Road just before the BP Garage
• First right into Howth Drive and 3rd right into Chequers Way.
• Turn right up Grays Crescent.
• Then turn Left up the cycle way after the bungalows.
• Park in the car park on the right.
• Enter gym via foot path.
